Eddie ‘Tex’ Peace: A Tribute to the Legendary Tattoo Artist and Pioneer in the Industry
I was planning on doing an article on Tattooer, Eddie “Tex” Peace, about his flash and history in tattooing that started during the Great Depression in the military town of Augusta Georgia and stretched thru too many wars and at least a hundred thousand clients from 1934 until literally the day before his death in 1992. I was going to write something long and interviewing friends that would give personal accounts of their experience with Tex. That is until last month when LeDan Peace, son of Eddie Peace had passed away. I’ve been out of the loop and did not see this coming. I guess I can show a few images of flash from the Tattoocollection.eu website and send only my love and condolences to Jennie Peace and the family who’s loved and lost so many times. My heart breaks for you all.
